Annual events

pantoPantomime – 21 to 23 May 2021

Our annual pantomime usually takes place at the end of February half term week, but the 2021 performances of ‘The Wizard of Oz’ were delayed due to the pandemic. We welcome all children and young people who wish to take part. Our pantomimes are traditional entertainment for all the family, with jokes old and new, songs and dances, and plenty of audience participation. We also include a Christian dimension that fits naturally into the story. We have a dedicated Spotlight website which can be found here:

fun dayFun day – 2021 date to be confirmed

Our Church ‘Fun day’ takes place on a Saturday in the summer with activities for all ages including a bouncy castle, ball pool, crèche area and toys for little ones and refreshments. Sometimes there is a real police van or fire engine for the children to see inside and talk to the officers or fire-men and      -women.

Family games afternoon – Sunday 4th July 2021

We usually meet up one Sunday afternoon in the summer to play games such as cricket and rounders. All ages are welcome to participate or spectate. This year we met at Endcliffe park.  One of the girls who attended said it was "the best day ever".

Sheffield Half-Marathon (which passes the church) – 26 September 2021

Instead of our usual Sunday morning Service, we usually open up the Church for refreshments as a Service to the community and a chance to chat and cheer on those running in the half-marathon.

Teenagers' Holiday club – 2021 summer holidays (exact dates to be confirmed)

We hope to run some activities for teenagers during the school summer holidays. Please get in touch via the contact us page for more information.
